Contract Agreement
Thank you for letting The Robert Erin Company help you with
your hiring needs. By Using The Robert Erin Company we can help
eliminate the time and expense of advertising, interviewing,
screening, testing and reference checking. You get QUALITY CANDIDATES
for your QUALITY COMPANY. When you hire a candidate referred
by The Robert Erin Company the fee will be determined in most
cases by the candidate's first year salary. This fee will also
be used should you, or any division, department or employer hire
a candidate referred by The Robert Erin Company for one year.
Guaranteed commissions and/or bonuses are included in whole or
part of first year's earnings and will be negotiated by employer
and The Robert Erin Company
Conditional Guarantee
When your organization hires a candidate referred by us, we
protect your fee investment with a sixty (60) calendar day guarantee.
If the candidate voluntarily leaves your employ or is terminated
from his or her job for good cause within thirty (30) days of
the candidates start date and we are unable to find a suitable
replacement within the subsequent sixty (60) days we refund your
entire fee.
If the candidate voluntarily leaves your employ or is terminated
from his or her job for good cause during the last thirty (30)
days of the guarantee period and we are unable to find a suitable
replacement within the subsequent thirty (30) days we retain
one and one half percent (1.5%) per day for each calendar day
the employee worked in your employ.
If lack of available work,
client reorganization, or reevaluation of needs eliminates
the candidates’ employment, The Robert
Erin Company retains the full fee.
Acceptance of referrals from us constitutes your agreement to
the terms and conditions above. |
